About the author
Hi, I’m Aja.
I write dark fantasy, romantasy, omegaverse, paranormal romance, and monster romance for readers who want otherworldly danger, complicated love, and a guaranteed emotional payoff. Some worlds run on magic, some on instinct, and some have teeth. In every one, the darkness has consequence and the romance remains the point.
My books are slow burns by design. The magic system always means something about the people in it. The found family is always the point. And the love story, every time, is the one that asks both characters — and the reader — to choose, on purpose, knowing the cost.
When I’m not writing, I’m collecting myths, haunting bookshops, and arguing that found family is the greatest trope in fiction. (I’m correct.)
